Gazelle S. Ashby, President
Mrs. Ashby has over thirty-four years of experience as a project leader and project officer overseeing multi-million dollar government contracts. She also has experience in research development and implementing operating procedures and program curriculums. In addition, she is experienced analyzing data, developing work flows, determining assignments and evaluating performance for productivity. Mrs. Ashby's leadership skills enabled her to develop several governmental guidelines on national projects that assisted Medicare participants and terminally-ill clientele.
Tamara D. Harris, Vice President
Ms. Harris has over twenty years of experience in collecting, evaluating, and researching data analysis and interpretations. She has worked as a Mathematical Statistician with such duties as developing various statistical and operating procedures. Ms. Harris is also experienced at presenting training and developmental programs for the government, community and religious organizations. In addition, she has served the community by volunteering as an advisor and mentor dedicated to teaching and cultivating inner city youth.
Lucy Armstrong, Secretary
Mrs. Armstrong has over twenty years of experience in research and analytical skills, as well as evaluation of data with good problem solving skills. She also is an excellent source for documenting events and serves the foundation as an Archivist.
Danielle Scott, Treasurer
Ms. Scott as experience with cash management and customer service as a financial specialist at a major bank. She also has experience as a medical assistant providing care to the elderly and nursing home to patients.
Deborah S. Caddell, Program and Curriculum Director
Mrs. Caddell has over nineteen years of diversified experience in all phases of group health processing operations. She has extensive knowledge of policy and legislative provisions and payment procedures in health care administration. She is also a skilled communicator in handling problems with members and providers of services through both oral and written communications.
